Captain Americas is Irelands original American Cookhouse and Bar, and we are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our hospitality team in our Blanchardstown branch.   • take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant;
  • prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including sales, cash sheets, labour costs
  • coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts;
  • train, manage and motivate staff;
  • respond to customer queries and complaints;
  • meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices;
  • maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
  • Control costs and minimize waste
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
